Our apartment available is up to 4 guests, there are overall 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. We offer a fully furnished living room with sofa and TV and fully equipped kitchen. Our apartment also has a beautiful grassy balcony with a street/ sea view which is equipped with furniture. As it is beautifully placed on 4th floor a lift is available.  Our apartment has a secure shared swimming pool with the neighbouring apartments. The apartment is located 28mile (40 minuet by car) from the nearest airport which in Alicante. Our apartment is located 500m (6min slow walk) from the nearest beach and promenade. Along the picturesque promenade there are numerous bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. Margaritta Apartment itself is located in the city centre close to all shops, bars and restaurants. 
 

We recommend our fantastic offer of transfer to and from the airport for the price of 50 euro each way up to 4 guests. By getting this option you will not need to travel and pick up the keys (which is free). As the driver will bring the keys with him when picking you up.
The other option that we offer is getting the keys dropped off at your arrival to the apartment and picked up on the day that you leave which overall costs 50 euro.
When getting the keys handed to you, there is a 150 euro insurance bond (cash only ) which will be returned to you on the day that you leave, if no damage is done to the apartment.
